Branch Manager - Job Description

The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the achievement of production targets for various insurance sales, including Motor, Medical, Fire General & Accident, and other General insurance. 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Drive branch sales and operational targets by establishing and nurturing broker relationships and leveraging social networking platforms.

2. Recruit, train, and manage the direct sales team, ensuring they meet their individual targets.

3. Provide regular updates to management on branch production through comprehensive activity reports.

4. Supervise and manage the branch's administrative support staff, ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflow.
